I am not a CCI member and I do not know anyone. Can I still come?

Yes, you are the reason we are organizing this event. We want to know you and we want you to be part of our family. You will never regret the decision to attend.

There are good restaurants around Grand Center, the event venue, to explore.

There is a food court in Parkview Plaza (1100 West Parker Rd), which is a 4-minute drive from the venue.

Legacy Hall (7800 Windrose Avenue) also has about 20 food stalls to choose from and is a 15-minute drive from the venue.

Feel free to explore these options or other restaurants of your choice.

We have reserved a discounted room for you at Sonesta Select Richardson-Dallas from Thursday, January 30th – Monday, February 3rd, 2025. This hotel is a 7-minute drive from the Deeper USA venue.

We have rooms with 2 Queen beds (4 people) and one King bed (1 or 2 people). The discounted rate for the Double queen room is currently $99/night, while the Single King room is $80/night. We also have a tax exemption, which keeps our rate low but will reflect at check-time (not at booking).

All you have to do is book your desired room here. The deadline for taking advantage of these discounted rates is January 15, 2025.

Yes, our CelebKids teachers and volunteers are ready to attend to your children. They are not left out from all the fun, learning and receiving that will be happening at this event. Ensure to register and we will provide more details on what to expect.

Texas: Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport (DFW)

We encourage attendees traveling into Dallas for this event to take advantage of Car Rental services for flexible group travel within Dallas. There are many car rental services like Enterprise, Turo, Budget Car Rental, etc. Third-party discount travel sites like Priceline and Expedia also help you collate the best rates for your choice.

Most car rental services require a valid U.S. or International Driver’s License, a Credit Card, and sometimes, a return ticket (at Airport pick up). It is advisable that a designated person in your group who meets the above criteria, reserve a car in advance and is over 25 years old to prevent an underage surcharge.

Please, keep this in mind and plan for a refundable deposit at pick-up. We also recommend purchasing or providing basic insurance coverage and preparing to fuel the car during the weekend.

We understand people have various commitments, but we encourage you to dedicate all the days fully for the event. However, you can come based on your schedule and we would be glad to have you attend. Please note the sessions you will be attending when registering.
